Making complex ideas easier to understand.
Developing presentations is one of the parts of my work I enjoy most. I like understanding a product, deciding what an audience needs to know first, and building a clear narrative around it.

A three-slide product story
An original example created for this portfolio: a three-slide product story for a fictional scheduling tool for small cafés. It is not based on any real product, company or internal material, and it is separate from my professional work.
Slide 1 / 3: The Problem
01 · The Problem
Every week starts with a scheduling puzzle.
Shifts are planned from scattered messages, last-minute swaps and memory.
Visual: a weekly shift board with morning and afternoon rows. Several shifts are unfilled and marked with question marks, and sticky notes read "Can't do Tuesday", "Swap Saturday?" and "Who opens Wednesday?".
02 · The Experience
Availability in. A fair rota out.
- MonTueWedThu 1Staff share their availability
- 2The manager reviews a suggested rota
- 3Everyone sees the week on their phone
Visual: three steps from left to right. Availability toggles for each day, a rota grid with suggested shifts highlighted, and a phone showing the week with the viewer's own shift marked.
03 · The Value
Less time arranging shifts. More time running the café.
Before

This weekShared MonTueWedThuFriSatSunVisual: on the left, "Before" shows scattered chat messages and an old spreadsheet file. An arrow leads to "After", a single shared rota for the week.

01 · The Problem
Start with a moment the audience recognises
It opens on a moment the audience already recognises, so the problem is clear before any product appears.

03 · The Value
End on what changes, not on features
It ends on what changes for the café owner, rather than on a list of features.
